Is there anywhere to buy tame falcons?

So I have had birds for a long time, but do not know much about falcons.I am considering getting one, and would like to know where I might be able to buy one, and what types are available for purchase. Also, can these birds bond with humans, if so, how strongly? Would they stay with you if not bound or clipped? Thanks, im just looking for general info.
