Pirates econ brain teaser! dont know the answer?

five pirates must divide a 100 gold coins loot. they do this democratically (as much as possible). First they draw numbers 1-5. the person with 1 goes first and proposes a divideing stategy. then they vote (including pirate1) if the majority agrees, the loot is divided. if not, that pirate is excecuted and pirate 2 goes. what do you do as the first pirate? What is the best dividing strategy?
