Visiting the Rep of ireland?

Yes I live in west of Ireland and it is definitely safe. Up in northern Ireland it can be quite dangerous around William of orange day ( arond 7th July I think) and a lot of catholics drive down to the republic in case they get caught in troubles but yes it is safe in the republic and most of northern Ireland:)
