Please rate my yugioh toon deck?

the deck is good. One problem. Metamorphosis got banned Sept 1. Replace with Emergency Provisions (If Toon world is not 'destroyed' the toons won't either, but they do lose the direct attack effect. It also helps get much needed lp back) or Solemn Wishes, or Brain control/Mirror Force. Premature Burial, Call of the Haunted, etc are good cards. Cost down/Ultimate Offering are helpful to play monsters for the tributes for your deadly toons. Cost Down will also help big time, because you can play as many Toon Skulls as possible in one turn. Pity Toons can't attack for one turn. Instead of a 7 tools, use Royal Decree to stop all traps. Sangan or Spirit Reaper will help get toons to hand or defend in case you can't use the Ojama Trio/Ground Collapse combo. Most toon decks are weak, but I really like yours.
