Does anyone know where to watch that one-time short Anemia and Iodine from the old Nickelodeon show Kablam!?

The short was called Anemia and Iodine, and it was about a gothic older sister trying to find a ghost cat in a haunted house? I think and her little brother who was very hyper. They also had a cat that followed them around I think; and at the end the cat's head blew up when they turned their backs. It always creeped me out as a kidddd but I wanna watch it now!
