Tell your dad, that since he doesn't have enough money to support you properly, you have to get a job. If he doesn't provide enough, than it is his responsibility to help you no matter what. Find a close friend that has a car, and ask if she will drive you to work, or find out where she works and get a job there too. I'm really sorry about your situation =[ it sounds really hard!
