I don't know what type of business license or if I even need one!!?

I am wanting to start out with an internet based business where I can use my website to process orders for t-shirts, hats, tattoo designs, graphic designs, etc. and I need to know what kind of business license is needed for this? Or if I even need one? Please someone help me figure this out! I am in the process of getting my company name and logo trademarked and copyrighted so is it required I have them under a business license? So many questions! Any advice is helpful and appreciated, thanks!
