I turn 16 in December. ANY IDEAS ON A PARTY? Not too big because of a cruise in April! HELP!?

My birthday is in 7 weeks from today, and my mom is saying I can't have a banquet-like party because our family is going on a cruise for spring break for mine and two of my other two cousin's sixteenth birthday also, & I want to do SOMETHING with my friends that night. Ideas anyone? All suggestions will be taken into consideration & appreciated.
