What happens if you ingest neosporin?

I am not sure i ingested it, but i had neosprin on my thumb on a cut, and i put it on with the other hand's index finger. Then i ate a peice of fried chicken with my hands and it seems like if i had it on my hands and ate off of them, then i guess i 'ate' it. I have ocd, and im a bit worried about it because i dont know what would happen to you if you injested a bit of neosporin . Thank you.:)
