Why are the government not giving the swine flu jab to children from 0-5 yrs anymore ?

I thought that it was this age group that was at most risk and yet we have been told that our 3 yr old daughter cannot have the jab even though a little girl the same age has just died from it in our area, i don't understand the reasoning behind it.
