Why do people think the Colts are a top 5 team?

They have lost to so many playoff-less teams. No other elite team has lost to 3 teams that are missing the playoffs. The Patriots for example lost to the Browns, but that's only one loss to a bad team. The Steelers haven't had such a loss. Ravens and Eagles, like the Patriots only have one loss to a playoff-less team. And the Falcons only losses came against elite teams. So My top 5 is in this order: Patriots, Steelers, Ravens, Falcons, and Eagles. Colts should not be anywhere in that elite group.
