Why is everyone saying Pat White won't be a starting QB in the NFL?

Pat White is no Micheal Vick. The same reason Josh Cribbs was a good COLLEGE quarterback but returns kicks / receiver now. pat white was a good College Quarterback in a Option System. That doesn't work in the NFL. Please see Akili Smith Former Cincinnati Bengals quarterback for example.
