How do sinuses affect you, i think i have Sinus?

I head doesn't really hurt even when i bendover. But I feel really congested in the Head and dry nose and very very Dizzy. Also it seems like it is affecting my throat it feels numb also my ears are plugged, oh my gosh everything in the upper respiratory is bothering me except pain my whole head seems numb it's really scaring me. Any answers for HOmecare. I also have a coolmist humidifier i really don't use it it's freezing w/ dis weather would a warmsteam vaporizer work to for me. oh yeah any good otc meds for me?
